What we hold

For each laboratory we work with, our system holds:

• The laboratory's name, address and phone number, and the name of the person we deal with there
• Our record of business with the laboratory: its orders, payments, returns and balance
• The machines we have supplied to or placed with the laboratory, with their warranty and service history
• Notes our staff keep about the account

How we use it

We use it only for our business with you:

• To take and deliver orders, record payments and keep each account's balance
• To service the machines we supply and keep track of their warranty
• To send each laboratory its receipts and payment reminders over WhatsApp

Messages on WhatsApp

We send two kinds of message, and only to the laboratory's recorded number: a receipt when an order is placed, and a reminder with a payment voucher when a payment is overdue. We never send promotional messages.

They are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform, which Meta operates, by way of YCloud, an official Meta business partner that sends them on our behalf. To deliver them, YCloud and Meta receive the laboratory's phone number and the message itself: the laboratory's name, the order number or amount owed, and the attached receipt or voucher. Meta handles this under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, and YCloud under its own. Because YCloud connects our WhatsApp number, conversations on that number also pass through YCloud.

Our system only sends messages. It does not receive or store replies.

If you would rather not receive these messages, tell us and we will stop sending them.

Who else sees it

We do not sell or rent this information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Only Bio Kirkuk's own staff can sign in to our system. Outside Bio Kirkuk, the information reaches only Meta and YCloud, to deliver the WhatsApp messages described above, and the company that hosts our server, which stores it for us.

How we keep it safe

It is kept on our server and can only be reached through a signed-in staff account. Its backups are encrypted.

How long we keep it

We keep it for as long as we do business with the laboratory, and after that for as long as our accounts need the records of its orders and payments.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about your laboratory, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Records of orders and payments are part of our accounts, so we may need to keep those even after a request to delete them. If so, we will tell you what we keep and why, and we will not use it for anything else.

This website

This site is Bio Kirkuk's internal business system, and signing in is for our staff only. It sets two cookies, both for staff: one keeps them signed in, the other remembers a display preference. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.

يحتفظ نظامنا، عن كل مختبر نتعامل معه، بما يلي:

• اسم المختبر وعنوانه ورقم هاتفه، واسم الشخص الذي نتعامل معه فيه

نستخدمها لتعاملنا معكم فقط:

• لإرسال الوصولات وتذكيرات الدفع إلى كل مختبر عبر واتساب

الرسائل عبر واتساب

نرسل نوعين من الرسائل، وإلى رقم المختبر المسجّل لدينا فقط: وصلًا عند تسجيل طلب، وتذكيرًا مرفقًا بوصل قبض عند تأخّر الدفع. ولا نرسل أي رسائل ترويجية.

تُرسَل هذه الرسائل عبر منصة واتساب للأعمال التي تديرها شركة Meta، من خلال شركة YCloud، وهي شريك أعمال معتمد لدى Meta يرسلها بالنيابة عنا. ولإيصالها تتلقى YCloud و Meta رقم هاتف المختبر ونص الرسالة: اسم المختبر، ورقم الطلب أو المبلغ المستحق، والوصل المرفق. وتتعامل Meta مع ذلك وفق شروط واتساب وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به، وتتعامل YCloud معه وفق شروطها وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها. ولأن YCloud هي التي تربط رقم واتساب الخاص بنا، فإن المحادثات على هذا الرقم تمر عبرها أيضاً.

يقتصر نظامنا على إرسال الرسائل، فهو لا يستقبل الردود ولا يحفظها.

إذا كنتم لا ترغبون في تلقّي هذه الرسائل، أخبرونا وسنتوقف عن إرسالها.

من يطّلع عليها

لا نبيع هذه المعلومات ولا نؤجّرها، ولا نستخدمها في الإعلان.

لا يستطيع الدخول إلى نظامنا إلا موظفو بايو كركوك. وخارج بايو كركوك لا تصل المعلومات إلا إلى Meta و YCloud لإيصال رسائل واتساب المذكورة أعلاه، وإلى الشركة التي تستضيف خادمنا وتحفظها لنا.

كيف نحميها

تُحفظ المعلومات على خادمنا، ولا يمكن الوصول إليها إلا من خلال حساب موظف مسجّل الدخول. ونسخها الاحتياطية مشفّرة.

مدة الاحتفاظ بها

نحتفظ بها طوال مدة تعاملنا مع المختبر، ثم ما دامت حساباتنا تحتاج إلى سجلات طلباته ودفعاته.

خياراتكم

يمكنكم أن تسألونا عن المعلومات التي نحتفظ بها عن مختبركم، وأن تطلبوا تصحيحها أو حذفها. سجلات الطلبات والدفعات جزء من حساباتنا، لذا قد نحتاج إلى الاحتفاظ بها حتى بعد طلب حذفها. وفي هذه الحالة سنخبركم بما نحتفظ به وسببه، ولن نستخدمه لأي غرض آخر.

هذا الموقع

هذا الموقع هو نظام العمل الداخلي لبايو كركوك، والدخول إليه مخصّص لموظفينا فقط. ويستخدم ملفّين من ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز)، كلاهما للموظفين: أحدهما يُبقيهم مسجّلي الدخول، والآخر يحفظ تفضيل العرض. ولا يستخدم أي ملفات تعريف ارتباط للإعلان أو التتبّع.
